always...just - always.  always and forever.

I asked family and friends for their single-word inspirations and the result is this group of bright, happy colorful hoop art pieces, made with layers of watercolor, texture, fabric and thread.

a sort of non-motivational inspiration - happiness and humor in a unique, painted and layered hoop - I love the way that each of these pieces is connected to the next, yet very unique!

each hoop has three layers of fabric sandwiched between a hand-dyed wooden hoop, made to mimic the color wheel rainbow in an ombre style.

the top layer of canvas is painted with a wash of subtle brick red-pink watercolors and the single word is hand-stitched with heavy weight embroidery thread.  the canvas is then repainted with a deep coral mix to provide some contrast and make the words pop!

The circumference of this hoop is 6.5 inches across and it can be hung by a ribbon loop through the hoop tightening screw or simply hooked over a nail if hanging - you can also prop on a shelf or tuck in between books!
